Position Summary:
This role involves producing, editing, and managing audio content for Faith Radio and Faith Podcasts, including weekend programs, promotional spots, and fundraising campaigns. The person collaborates closely with the Creative Services Director to ensure high-quality audio production, supports live broadcasts, and handles distribution across radio and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Creative Services Director to create, produce, and update promotional audio content and weekly weekend programs, including podcast page management.
• Oversee weekend program production by scheduling, editing, and preparing show files for broadcast.
• Lead production and distribution of promotional spots and fundraising audio elements for Faith Radio and Faith Podcasts.
• Provide backup support for live shows, including board operation, interview recording, and custom audio production.
• Edit and repurpose podcast audio for radio airings and create audio content for social media promos and highlight reels.
• Voice track shows and actively participate in on-air fundraising and live events as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year or more of experience in audio production
• Proficiency with audio editing software
• Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
Nice To Have:
• Hands-on experience with live board operation and voice tracking in a broadcast or production environment.
• Familiarity with developing, producing, and managing fundraising or donor-driven audio campaigns.
• Experience adapting or repackaging podcast content for radio broadcast, ensuring consistency in tone, format, and audience engagement.

• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related software; experienced in creating promotional audio content for multiple platforms (radio, digital, and social media).
• Written & Verbal Communication: Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Background Check: Must pass initial and ongoing background checks as a condition of employment.
