Position Summary:
Contribute to the overall success of the Career & Leadership Development department in the areas of operations, marketing, and technology by performing a variety of assigned duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service and support to all customers and office staff
• Assist in general office duties, administrative work, marketing/social media/bulletin boards, and participate in the coordination of various events
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
• Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional, tactful, and courteous manner
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivator, and initiator with little supervision
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks from several sources
Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
Key Skills:
Independent & Teamwork: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision.
Confidentiality: Maintains discretion and handles sensitive information appropriately.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities; able to prioritize and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related software.
Written & Verbal Communication: Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings as needed.
Background Check: Must pass initial and ongoing background checks as a condition of employment.
