Who We Are:
Northwestern is a faith-driven community, UNWavering in our Christ-centered principles and identity as those who profess faith in Jesus. Rooted in the unshakable foundation of God’s Word and our calling to impact His world, our mission and vision flow from these core values, expressed through Christ-centered higher education at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and through gospel outreach and faithfulness with Northwestern Media.

Position Summary:
To support the mission of Life 101.9 by serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact for listeners, donors, and guests; ensuring smooth daily operations, facilitating clear and professional communication, and providing accurate, timely support for fundraising initiatives and donor engagement—all while reflecting Christ-like hospitality and integrity in every interaction.

• Support the Day Partner program by overseeing all administrative responsibilities from initial contact to on-air messaging, tracking in Raiser’s Edge, and ensuring consistent follow-through and communication.
• Coordinate fundraising and special events by serving as the administrative lead, under the direction of the Station Manager, for fundraisers, assisting with event logistics, and organizing volunteers, meals, and resources for concerts, community events, and station initiatives.
• Ensure administrative efficiency by processing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and P-cards in a timely and accurate manner, as well as monitoring and ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Because our community is a significant part of our mission and the development of our students and listeners, all employees serve as ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ by actively partnering with the University to disciple students as they grow intellectually and spiritually, and with Northwestern Media to lead people to Christ and nurture believers to maturity in their faith.

Qualifications:
Required:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2 (two) years’ office administrative experience
• Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, Doctrinal Statement and Declaration of Christian Community
