Position Summary:
The Head Coach for Men's Basketball serves as the program leader, providing vision and accountability for the program’s culture, competitive direction, and long-term health in alignment with NCAA Division III philosophy and Northwestern’s mission. The role leads a Christ-centered athletics program that integrates faith into all team interactions, develops student-athletes and staff, ensures program integrity and compliance, and represents the university with professionalism and care.
